Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue.

Client materials

You confirm you have the rights to any content, images, footage or trademarks you provide, and grant us permission to use them to deliver the agreed work.

Ownership

On full payment, final deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you, excluding third-party tools, licensed assets and our pre-existing methods.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
